Wet both your hair and the shampoo bar thoroughly in the shower. Rub the bar between your hands to create a rich lather, then apply the foam to your hair.
Rub the shampoo bar directly onto your wet hair, or use a soap sack to build up a foamy lather in your hands. Gently massage the lather into your scalp using your fingertips (avoid scratching with your nails).
