Wet both your hair and the shampoo bar thoroughly in the shower. Rub the bar between your hands to create a rich lather, then apply the foam to your hair.
Rub the shampoo bar directly onto your wet hair, or use a soap sack to build up a foamy lather in your hands. Gently massage the lather into your scalp using your fingertips (avoid scratching with your nails). If your hair tends to get oily, you may want to repeat this step, as the formula is a gentle cleanser. For best results, let the lather sit on your hair for about 20 seconds before rinsing.
When rinsing out the shampoo, use cold water to help lock in moisture. Apply conditioner afterward, leaving it in for about 2 minutes before rinsing again with cold water.
